Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. - الحجز حسب التوفر، والأولوية للحجوزات المدفوعة.

The voucher covers one night in the specified chalet only, for up to 4 guests. - الإفطار غير مشمول، وأي خدمات إضافية تُحتسب بشكل منفصل.
Breakfast is not included; any additional services are charged separately. - يمكن نقل القسيمة أو إهداؤها لشخص آخر.
The voucher can be transferred or gifted to another person. - يمكن إلغاء الحجز حتى 48 ساعة قبل الوصول وتعود القسيمة صالحة للاستخدام (دون استرداد نقدي)؛ الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور يُسقط القسيمة.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival and the voucher becomes usable again (no cash refund); late cancellation or no-show forfeits the voucher. - يلتزم الضيوف بسياسات المنتجع.
