- صالحة لليلة واحدة (1) في شاليه بغرفة نوم واحدة، حسب التوفر.
- الإفطار غير مشمول في القسيمة الأساسية.
- يجب الحجز قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الوصول عبر صفحة «احجز بقسيمتي».
- الحجز بالقسيمة لا يشمل الأعياد والمناسبات الخاصة والأعراس والفعاليات والفترات التي يحددها المنتجع كفترات حجب.
- الحجز بالقسيمة غير متاح خلال شهري يوليو وأغسطس 2027.
- فترات الحجب الثابتة: 26–29 نوفمبر 2026؛ 23 ديسمبر 2026 – 2 يناير 2027؛ 1–31 يوليو 2027؛ 1–31 أغسطس 2027. ويحق لإدارة المنتجع إضافة تواريخ حجب أخرى.
- الحجز بالقسيمة متاح لليالي من الأحد إلى الخميس فقط، وبعدد محدود من حجوزات القسائم لكل ليلة.
- ترقية اختيارية إلى شاليه بغرفتي نوم مع الإفطار مقابل 70.000 ريال عماني للحجز كاملًا (وليس للشخص)، حسب التوفر الفعلي لشاليه بغرفتي نوم. الترقية لا تتجاوز فترات الحجب ولا قاعدة الـ48 ساعة ولا الحد اليومي.
- الأولوية للحجوزات المدفوعة؛ حجوزات القسائم تتم من المخزون المتاح فقط.
- تنتهي صلاحية القسيمة في 30 يونيو 2027، ولا تُسترد ولا تُستبدل نقداً.
- رمز QR هو مفتاح قسيمتك – لا تشاركه. تُستخدم كل قسيمة مرة واحدة فقط.
- سياسة الإلغاء: يمكن إلغاء الحجز حتى 48 ساعة قبل الوصول وتعود القسيمة صالحة للاستخدام (دون استرداد نقدي)؛ الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور يُسقط القسيمة.
الشروط والأحكام
- NON-REFUNDABLE: The voucher value is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash after purchase.
- Valid for ONE (1) night in a One-Bedroom Chalet, subject to availability.
- Breakfast is not included in the base voucher.
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before arrival through the Book My Voucher page.
- Voucher reservations are not valid during public holidays, special occasions, weddings, events, peak periods, or other dates designated as blackout periods by resort management.
- Voucher reservations are not available during July and August 2027.
- Fixed blackout periods: 26–29 November 2026; 23 December 2026 – 2 January 2027; 1–31 July 2027; 1–31 August 2027. Resort management may add further blackout dates.
- Voucher reservations are available on Sunday to Thursday nights only, with a limited number of voucher reservations per night.
- Optional upgrade to a Two-Bedroom Chalet, breakfast included, for 70.000 OMR in total per reservation (not per person), subject to real Two-Bedroom availability. The upgrade does not override blackout dates, the 48-hour rule or daily limits.
- Normal paid reservations have priority; voucher bookings use available inventory only.
- Voucher expires on 30 June 2027. Unused vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- The QR code is your voucher key – do not share it. Each voucher can be used once.
- Cancellation policy: reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival; the voucher then becomes usable again (no cash refund). Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the voucher.
